Step 1: Setup your framework of analysis

Use the tools below to provide either a pathogen or proteins of interest. Press the Next button at the end of this page to move to the next step.

 Select Pathogen of Interest

Select a pathogen from the list below, and the tool will automatically search for the host and pathogen proteins from our database repository. For unspecified pathogen select the first item in the list (default selection) and further use one of the additional tools to import your own proteins.

 Additional Protein Importing Tools

Use the tools below to import either host or pathogen's proteins of interest, in order to modify your input. If you have already selected a pathogen, these tools will overwrite the existing ones found in our database. For unspecified pathogens you have to import at least one host or pathogen protein of interest in order to examine in which pathogens belong to.

 HOST PROTEIN-GENE SEARCH TOOL

Use this tool to to find host related proteins or genes of interest to be included in you analysis. Write your gene or protein of interest to find the exact name as provided by the specific database.

     PATHOGEN PROTEIN-GENE SEARCH TOOL

Use this tool to to find pathogen related proteins or genes of interest to be included in you analysis. Write your gene or protein of interest to find the exact name as provided by the specific database.

Step 2: create ranked pathogen network

Make sure that all the required files have been uploaded and then press the green button to create the pathogen-to-pathogen (P2P) network.

        Step 3: Drug Screening Process

Make sure that all the required files have been uploaded and then press the green button to find candidate drugs for your pathogen under study.
